a house of two halves, or flats, split front to back- so two kitchens, two bathrooms, two staircases, two central heating systems, etc. – to be consolidated back into one when money and motivation allows
some images from first house viewing – grim grim grim – but I see potential in my mind’s eye – that two story extension – get that to work for me it’s a lot of house for my buck
by the sea – see the cute beach huts – see the large two storey extension hanging off the back of it – see the ground work for new houses directly opposite – more on that later
this was the plan for the new development that was just starting opposite
on the plus side it will tidy the area up and raise house prices
on the down side the locale will lose the bleakness that I quite like
my house is near the middle of the terrace so sea view is maintained
